Always remember that your success in academics is directly proportional to work / labour done by you. Nothing comes free of cost in academics. You will have to work very hard for getting excellence in academics and in the non-scholastic areas. H.W. Longfellow has rightly said :
"The heights by great men reached and kept Were not attained by sudden flight, But they, while their companions slept, Were toiling upward in the night."
